Beautiful example of Russian craftsmanship. Dagger is heavily etched over entire scabbard fitting surfaces as well as the grip pommel and ring. Pommel has a purple star where the normal dagger Russian star sits. I can not tell if the stone is natural, cultured, or paste. Sold as paste. Blade has a deep etch of floral design. Some leaf etching on the crossguard. Finish is gold plated metal. A huge Russian seal is on the front of the scabbard. This is a dagger from the Russian factory Zloust.
