Named on blade to " Landmann" I bought this from Wittman about 2 years ago. Pot metal fittings .This nice example has A nice desirable look! It shows minimal wear throughout! Some lifting of the plating on the scabbard. The pommel is the 12-leaf style and shows wear. The pumpkin grip shows some 2 crack on the reverse, and 1 small chip on the front. The crossguard shows great definition and minimal wear. 100% Eickhorn. The bright blade shows minimum aging, it is NAMED TO LANDMANN ON THE BLADE , the blade has scratches ! The reverse ricasso is etched with the 1935 - 1941 Eickhorn logo with dark burnishing. The brown leather washer is present. The scabbard is straight throughout showing a dark patina and plating loss wear. The thick scabbard throat is retained by one center-placed flathead screw.  (Bob Rodgers Collection)
