Italian Dagger of the University Militia Cadets.  . An identical dagger is pictured in one of Kurt Glemers books.  The Militia was formed in 1925 to train officers for the M.V.S.N.  The dagger is 11 5/8”, 12 1/4” with scabbard.  The hilt and scabbard fittings are brass.  The scabbard is leather.  The blade is nickel plated, flat, with rounded tip an blunt edges.  The dagger comes complete with chain hanger.  There is a red felt washer that came with the dagger.  Jim #66
