Luftwaffe Sword .lot of lacquer and silver plating on this. Those clear spots you se are lacquer and the black is 50 years of patina. Scabbard leather is the best I have seen on a Nickle Silver version. Original hanger present and not torn or dry.
Blade has a couple of spots of rust. see photos.
The Pommel took a hit and slightly bent the tip of the tang. My opinion is this can easily be straightened. All wire is present but one piece came loose just where it enters the ferrel. see photos.
This will clean up to Excellent ++, Near mint
